Advanced Elements
The next generation of elements.
The elements within the world of shinobi can be broken down into the parenting five; Katon, Fūton, Raiton, Doton, and Suiton. Any and all elemental kekkei genkai stem from either an alteration upon or combination of these distinct natures. Thus, in order to learn how to control the kekkei genkai nature, one must learn the parenting elements that combine to form it.
|| Mokuton (Wood Release) ||
Doton + Suiton
This element allows its wielder to create both wood and trees alike from their chakra, as well as manipulate surrounding trees to the user's bidding. The element is not limited to wood alone, as other kinds of plants fall under the range of control. Mokuton in particular is one of the most special elemental kekkei genkai, as its originator's own special powers seemed to have been inherited throughout the generations. The element is capable of suppressing an individual's chakra through contact, though only through its more powerful techniques.
|| Yōton (Lava Release) ||
Katon + Doton
This element allows its wielder to create super heated earth from chakra, often taking the form of vicious lava. Its creations bear the materialistic form of earth, with the destructive heat of fire as well. Its strongest use is being a deterrent, keeping foes at bay as well as damaging them through the lava's intense heat. Surrounding fires created by the burning earth also work to increase the heat of this element, effectively increasing its power the more it's used. Skilled users of this kekkei genkai often diverge into more precise combinations of fire and earth, creating such materials as rubber, quicklime, and scorching hot stone.
|| Futton (Boil Release) ||
Katon + Suiton
When released, the output of this element is often in the form of boiling hot steam or mist. It bears the capability of melting solid objects through its heat alone, playing off of its name to cause those caught within its range to boil alive. However, careful control of the heat within the mist can also be utilized to drastically alter the pH level of the airborne water vapor, and even alter the acidity of other bodies of water. It is definitely an element not to be underestimated.
|| Hyōton (Ice Release) ||
Suiton + Fūton
The user is able to create ice either from their very own chakra, or from an existing body of water. Its density can be altered drastically through the use of chakra, being able to produce creations stronger than most physical strikes could break. Even though it's naturally susceptible to heat, Hyōton has a natural resistance to the nature Katon. Ice techniques can also make great distractions through their ability to project perfect reflections as if they were mirrors. Its most legendary techniques involve the use of the Makyō Hyōshō (Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals).
|| Ranton (Storm Release) ||
Raiton + Suiton
Through the combination of namely uncontrollable energy of electricity and the physical form of liquid, the owner of this element is capable of creating controlled creations of pure energy. For the most part, jutsu involving this element are concussive in nature, bursting into small explosions of light when coming in contact with its targets, as it is created as energy in a physical state of being. This element is highly versatile, as its projectile creations can have their trajectory altered on a dime.
|| Jiton (Magnet Release) ||
Raiton + Doton
The user is capable of creating magnetic fields from their very own chakra. This allows them to essentially affect magnetic objects through their very own will, either drawing in or repelling such things as metals through the use of techniques. However, skilled users can use this element to drastically amplify or dismiss the magnetic fields within objects that carry them, living creatures being an example. This allows the user manipulation of objects that normally carry very weak charges, granting this element a surprising variety of control.

Doton + Katon + Fūton
A kekkei tota, one of the most rare type of elemental kekkei genkai, Jinton is possibly the hardest of them all to master. However, learning these jutsu also makes its user one of the most powerful shinobi in existence. Techniques of this element, though all namely high in rank, grant its owner the possibility to destroy objects at a molecular level. Even creations of pure chakra can be instantly vaporized by what is considered to be the most powerful offensive element in existence.
|| Shōton (Crystal Release) ||
Doton + Fūton + Suiton
A very rare Kekkei Tota that combines the natures of earth, wind, and water in order to create solid crystal structures. These creations retain the utmost hardness, being able to surpass that of diamond. Doton techniques can only dream to achieve such a defense. The crystals can also be made incredibly transparent, being able to remain unnoticed by onlookers when it is spread thin. However, this element clashes furiously with lightning and fire, usually resulting in its creations ending in melted states as if it were made of ice. Shōton's sheer focus on hardness also grants it the brittleness of glass, making it more susceptible to blunt force while its surface is unscathed. However, those that embrace this lack in brutish defense will not be set back in the least bit.[/blockquote]
